Physical evidence establishes that EFKA marketed water meters under its own branding. The extent of in-house manufacture remains under investigation.

That statement is fully defensible based on the meter itself.

What would really help now are photographs of:

the dial face under the lid,

the serial number,

both sides of the body,

and especially the underside casting marks.
