⭐ Baylan Water Meters

Origins in Meter Repair (1955–1991)

Baylan began in 1955 as a small meter‑repair and calibration shop inAtelier in İzmir Turkey.

This early period established Baylan’s reputation for mechanical accuracy, field reliability, and deep familiarity with meter internals — skills that later enabled the company’s transition into full manufacturing.

Transition to Manufacturing (1992–2004)

In 1992, Baylan shifted from repair to full‑scale water‑meter production, opening its first factory with a capacity of 300 meters/day.

By the early 2000s, Baylan had become one of Turkey’s major meter producers, supplying municipalities nationwide.

Industrial‑Scale Expansion (2005–2014)

Production capacity reached 15,000–20,000 meters/day

Baylan became one of the largest water‑meter manufacturing complexes in Europe and the Middle East

In 2014, a third factory added 50,000 m² of production space, enabling high‑volume casting, machining, assembly, and testing.

Product Evolution & Technology;
