EDMI (Electronic Design and Manufacturing Industries) is a global metering technology company founded in 1978 in Australia, now headquartered in Singapore, and since 2011 a subsidiary of Osaki Electric Co., Japan.

It is one of the Asia‑Pacific region’s most influential smart‑metering manufacturers, producing:

1978 — Foundation in Australia

EDMI begins as a small engineering workshop focused on electronic measurement and control systems.
